We are excited to offer a dedicated AI Bootcamp to prepare students for the Presidential AI Challenge, a national competition where students design AI-powered solutions to real community problems. Competition details can be found here:
https://www.ai.gov/initiatives/presidential-challenge

This intensive bootcamp is designed specifically for students participating in Track 2 (Technical Track), where they will work in small teams to create a functional AI-assisted project. Students will learn essential AI concepts, explore real applications, and receive structured guidance from our coaches to develop, test, and complete their official submission.

Bootcamp Dates

December 22, 2025 – January 3, 2026
Sessions will be scheduled after sign-up to accommodate each team’s availability.

Program Structure

  • Students will complete a total of 10 hours of AI instruction and project development.
  • Sessions will be held in 3–4 hour blocks spread throughout winter break.
  • Each group will consist of one coach and up to three students, ensuring personalized support while promoting teamwork.
  • During the bootcamp, students will learn AI concepts, work through technical building steps, test and refine their solution, and prepare their final deliverables.

Teamwork & Expectations

  • Students will be assigned a partner or small team of similar level to collaborate with.
  • They will be encouraged to communicate regularly with their teammate(s) throughout the break and leading up to submission.
  • If questions arise between sessions, families may email or text us directly for support—we will respond as promptly as possible.
